The ICD Crown Drill is designed for precision and deep-hole drilling in CNC metalworking applications. Available in diameters from 8mm to 38mm, the system supports drilling depths of 3D, 5D, 8D and 12D for a wide range of hole-machining requirements. The drill body is manufactured from 42CrMo alloy steel and heat treated to approximately HRC48-50 for strength and durability. Replaceable carbide inserts provide efficient cutting performance while allowing worn cutting edges to be replaced without changing the complete drill body. The ICD drilling system is suitable for wet drilling and supports multiple straight-shank sizes, including 20mm, 25mm, 32mm and 40mm. Different diameters, drilling depths and shank configurations can be customized for CNC machining centers and industrial production.
