The ICD/HLD Crown Drill System is designed for precision and deep-hole drilling in CNC machining applications. Available in diameters from 12.5mm to 40mm, the system supports drilling depths from 3D to 12D for a wide range of industrial hole-making requirements. The replaceable carbide insert design allows worn cutting edges to be changed without replacing the complete drill body, helping reduce tooling costs and simplify maintenance. A 130° self-centering point geometry supports accurate hole entry and stable drilling performance. The system is suitable for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other compatible metal materials. Straight-shank configurations and multiple shank diameters are available for different CNC machining centers and production requirements.
