The VMD Large-Diameter Indexable Deep-Hole Drill is designed for large-hole and deep-hole machining in heavy-duty CNC metalworking applications. Available in diameters from 45mm to 280mm, the system uses replaceable WCMT inserts to provide stable cutting performance while allowing worn cutting edges to be replaced without changing the complete tool body. An internal coolant system delivers cutting fluid directly to the machining zone, helping control cutting temperature and improve chip evacuation during deep-hole operations. Tool lengths from 150mm to 2000mm can be supplied according to workpiece dimensions and machining requirements.
